MEDITERRANEAN MODERNISM

A project, which is, still in progress but is being split into phases. The first phase is complete but the entire project consists of the renovation of a derelict townhouse in Cospicua. It is intended that the property is used to host families traveling to Malta and the proposed design concept aims to give the residents a memorable experience combining a contemporary take on Mediterranean living. Rough white washed walls, terrazzo tiles and exposed timber beams all form part of the aesthetic. Small openings and geometric shapes are dotted around the property adding interest in every corner.
